EDITOR.ID, Jakarta,- Addressing the rapid development of 4.0 digital-based communication, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi (STIKOM) Interstudi held a public lecture by presenting practitioners and digital industry circles.
The purpose of this event provides additional experience on how to create creativity by utilizing digital technology. Also teaches strategies for doing business using digital world tools such as utilizing social media.
This event can also provide an overview of the current issue of the era of industrial revolution 4.0 with practitioners of communication and digital business.
The outdoor public lecture which was packed with the title Creaction, “Reach Your Success With Digital Movement” on the Campus of the Stikom Interstudi College of Communication Sciences on Wednesday (05/29/2019) presented resource person Jojo S Nugroho Managing Director Image PR and also Chairperson of the Association of Companies PR Indonesia.
Then also presented Arya Gumilar GM SAC Indonesia Founder Kayuapi Digital Reputation. The event was moderated by Abraham Leiwakabessy.
Chairman of the STIKOM Interstudi Broadcasting Department Suhendra Atmajaya said, in the professional world the field of communication has experienced very rapid development.
“Through social media specialists such as buzzers, influencers, vloggers and bloggers, we must understand a lot of social media and digitalization media such as digital journalists, SOE specialists, Product reviewers and digital marketers or e-Commerce,” he explained.
Jojo S Nugroho Image Director Managing Director PR said that learning to branding a brand or corporation can begin with how the communicator built his personal image in an account on social media. How much he gets followers or other parties who like.

Unfortunately the world of education is still rooted in conventional curricula, too rigid and tends to be unable to pursue rapid digital development. “So students do not just rely on material from campus but students must seek knowledge outside by continuing to keep abreast of digital applications,” he said.
In response to Creaction’s activities, Jojo, who is also the Communication Assessor of BNSP, highly appreciated the activities held by the Interstudi Stikom students. “When I first entered this place, I learned that there was an outdoor public lecture, I saw many things that were creative from fellow students,” he said.
While Arya Gumilar, GM, SAC Indonesia Founder Kayuapi Digital Reputation also appreciated any student activities outside of college activities. “This means that this means there are high initiatives to connect with the industry to be up-to-date to find more networking,” he said.
According to Arya, the point or learning from digital is that communication becomes 4.0 to be more interactive. “The predecessor is that now everyone suddenly becomes a leader, they can have media, they don’t just become readers, but they can also have media,” he said.
